Why do the new tablets have a different color?
The color is different because it is related to a new transparent coating for the tablets, without artificial dyes and with only plant-based ingredients. As a result, the final color of the tablet appears less artificial and more neutral. Swisse is gradually changing the coating of the tablets in various products to favor a more natural color. This change does not affect the effectiveness of the product itself!

Why are some packages smaller than the ones I usually bought?
Some packages are smaller because we have chosen to redesign our packaging to reduce our environmental impact by using up to 26% less plastic compared to previous packaging. Swisse is progressively reducing the size of the packaging in favor of a more sustainable and responsible design. The packages are smaller but maintain the same quantity and quality of product that our customers trust!

Why do the tablets have spots on their surface?
The spots on the tablets are not due to a production defect but are caused by improper handling or storage of the product. In particular, when the tablets are handled with damp or wet hands, or stored in humid environments, the moisture can cause the formation of spots. We recommend handling the tablets with dry hands and storing them in a dry, moisture-free place to prevent the appearance of these spots.
