FAQ

Why are the new tablets a different color?

The color is different because it's linked to a new transparent coating on the tablets, without artificial colorants and with only plant-based ingredients, so the final color of the tablet appears less artificial and more neutral. Swisse is gradually changing the coating of the tablets in various products in favor of a more natural color. This change does not compromise the effectiveness of the product itself!

How long can I take it?

The recommended cycle for Swisse Hair Skin Nails is at least 2 months with one tablet per day. We always recommend asking your trusted doctor or pharmacist for advice on how long to take our supplements.

Is it also suitable for men?

Yes, Swisse Hair Skin Nails is suitable for both women and men.

When can I use Swisse Hair Skin Nails and when is it better to choose a product from the Hair range?

Swisse Hair Skin Nails is a 3-in-1 product, so it is dedicated to the well-being of not just hair but also skin and nails. If you're looking for a product specifically for hair, we recommend exploring our Hair range. Can I take it during pregnancy/breastfeeding?

Why do the tablets have spots on the surface?

The spots on the tablets are not due to a manufacturing defect but are caused by improper handling or storage of the product. Specifically, when the tablets are handled with wet or damp hands, or stored in humid environments, moisture can cause spots to form. We recommend handling the tablets with dry hands and storing them in a dry, moisture-free place to prevent these spots.
